Product Introduction:
Rubber ship fender is also known as pneumatic rubber fender,Yokohama type fender. It was fiest invented by the manufacturer of YOKOHAMA, so it now also called Yokohama fenders. After years of improvement, Shunhang's Yokohama fenders used special technilogy and material, makes it to have better performance .
Rubber ship fenders play a critical role in the safe operation of ship berthing and mooring. and became the world's leading anti-collision device.It's widely used for ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations, ship to quay (STQ) operations and ship-to-berthing (STB) operations.
Raw Material
Inner layers is special air sealing layers.
The outer rubber layer is UV-proof and anti-abrasion.
The middle material is rubber layers reinforced with cord net.
All metal parts contacting with sea water such as flanges, bolts, pins etc adopt HDG steel.
Safety Valve
Rubber ship fenders of diameter 2500mm and larger sizes shall be equipped with a safety valve for releasing excess internal pressure when the fenders are over-compressed accidentally. Fender which is smaller than 2500mm in diameter can also be equipped with a safety valve if requested.
