Product Introduction
Ship rubber fenders are used world wide for ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations, terminals, and for all kinds of ships. Since its creation until today, more than millions of fenders have been supplied worldwide both for ship-to-ship and ship-to-dock (STD) operations serving our valuable customers. These fenders play a critical role in the safe operation of ship berthing and mooring.
Raw material of our pneumatic rubber fender
Rubber dipped Nylon cord fabric, 1260D9091(1*2)and natural rubber ( Some other factory use Nylon with less tensile force , and reclaimed rubber ) .All the rubber we use is natural rubber , not any reclaimed rubber .We have been asking for customers’ feedback and have been improving the performance of our rubber , the aging of rubber has been greatly improved now.
Our rubber has been tested at -40℃, the tensile strength at normal temperature is 18.4MPa.After -40℃, 120 hours testing , the tensile strength is 15.9MPa , there is no obvious change in appearance.
Our pneumatic rubber fender are also used in Canada ,Russia etc. After six months, customers’ feedback is our pneumatic rubber fenders are still perform well, there’s no obvious change on the surface.
